I only get paid if you decide to "go live", which means make it publicly visible. If you like the demo site I create for you, you can go live on my $240/year Affordable Hosting Plan (paid via PayPal subscription). This covers hosting, maintenance, SSL/HTTPS site security and minor site changes.
Just 2 things.
1) DOMAIN NAME. You can buy your domain name from any domain registrar you like, but there's no need to pay premium prices as domain registration is the same wherever you go . It's only their addons that bump up their prices. You can register through Spaceship for about $12 AUD, or $4 with a discount code. As codes vary from time to time, do a Google search for "spaceship discount code". Renewals are around $14/year. To get the discount, login to your Spaceship account, Add to cart, Checkout, Add promo code and the price should drop. Check it and pay.

2) HOSTING. Now you've got yourself a domain name, you need somewhere for your site to live... aka, website hosting. I'm providing $20/month hosting in the $240/year Affordable Hosting Plan, with annual renewals at the same price. No price hike! Your hosting plan auto-renews annually via PayPal and you can cancel any time.

That's it. No hidden extras, no surprise bills.
If you ever decide to move your site to somewhere else, I'll transfer the domain name to you at no extra cost. You own your brand; I just keep the engine running.

Your site will include sections detailing your Services, your Service Area/s, your About information (what makes you and your service special/unique), your Location, a Contact form, a Click-to-call phone button at the top of the screen... and anything else you'd like included such as (optionally) your logo and photos.

Photos of your business or your vehicle and friendly photos of you at work can help customers decide to call you. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.
No contract. You can cancel the PayPal subscription at any time. If you ever want to move elsewhere, I'll zip up your site files and send them to you.
HOSTING: No, you don't need to manage any hosting accounts or passwords. I set up the site and it just runs. If you need any changes to the site, let me know. If you ever decide to move your site to somewhere more expensive, I'll zip up all the files and send them to you at no extra cost. You own your brand; I just keep the engine running.

DOMAIN NAME: As far as your domain registration goes, make a note of your login details (URL, username, password), though they will remind you when renewal time comes around and you can always use the Forgot Password thing.

When a customer fills out the form and hits send, you get an email with their details and their message. You just reply like a normal email. That's it.

I don't need much—your business name, what you do, service area/s, and a phone number.

Regarding what you do, if you provide multiple services (such as a plumber does), you might want to say something like:
install and maintain hot water systems, detect leaks, repair broken pipes, unblock drains...

Including that level of detail should help your site's Google listings.

If you have your own photos and a logo, that's great! If not, I can always add them later.
